My complaint:

The manager of the store said they do not accept returns on electronics the remote control I bought does not work I know it’s not a lot of money but I would like to receive my money back a refund on the universal remote I have the receipt and the power and the remote control how do I go about getting my money

I shop in family Dollar on a weekly basis. I really will not be going back to family Dollar again the employee in the quorum family Dollar was rude and very unhelpful she said that their store policy is they do not accept returns so now I feel like this family Dollar is robbing people because they will not accept any returns so now I have a broken remote control that does not work how can you fix this problem
