My complaint:

The manager at the location treats her employees disrespectfully and then she has to favorites at the location and treats them in a totally different manner than the rest. She disrespected one of the employees today when I was there and she kept yelling and she blamed that employee for everything. She then accused the employee of disrespecting her and she never did and I saw them talking about it and the manager kept disrespecting her and not talking to her employees the right way and a couple of her employees today put in their two week notice because of the way she was talking to them and the way she was treating them in a disrespectful manner. And I saw this with my own eyes.

Suggested solution:

I don't know it's all up to whoever's over that manager but I really think that she needs to get fired because she doesn't know how to treat people with respect or talk to people. Because one of the employee stormed out because the way she treated her and him. So I feel like she needs to be addressed or she needs to get fired because she doesn't know how to treat people with respect in the store employees and customers.
