My complaint:
I’m a pregnant woman so my bladder fills rather quickly. I came into the family dollar to get a few items and had the urge to use the restroom. Upon entering the restroom an employee shouts from the door I’m not cleaning this bathroom again because I had used it. I wash my hands and walk out and the same employee is at the register not doing anything but standing behind another cashier talking about how she has to wait to go home to use the restroom because she’s not cleaning it again. The cashier (instigating the situation) laughs and asks her why fully knowing it was because of me. She continued to complain about how someone used the restroom to which I finally said “I used the restroom” and she replied ma’am I don’t know you and I’m not using the restroom nor cleaning it…to which I replied “that’s understandable” . I paid for my items and left. If this is the type of customer service you are leading with at family dollar then you need to reevaluate.
Suggested solution:
Please do more training on customer service , your employees are rude.
