My complaint:
I was buying at the familly dollar a spanish person came in with a back the cashier scream at him and say u need to leave the back here in the front he dint understand what he was saying she scream at him and said again and i told him on spanish them she said you need to wear your mask on the store not in a nice way first of all theres no sign saying they have to leave the back at the front so people will not know second how are we leaving our staff with the cashier what if something goes missing on the back whos going to be responsible for that and like i said before no sign of that there very rude so i ask the manager why do they have yo leave there personal stuff in the front he said that if you dont like it you can leave to another store i told him i would report him because at least it has to have a sign o been to many familly dollar and never see something like these they very rude and the manager doesnt look for a solution hes just rude like hes enployees
Suggested solution:
First they need to stat with the manager because hes attitude is very nasty and rude it was buying some stuff and i ask him if they have a sharpener he look at me and said no don’t you see i dont work here so i would bot know them i ask him about the signs and he said to go to another store if i dont like it what kins of manager is that
