My complaint:
They did not go by the rules of the FD company. I was called a mother fucker by the manager of this store and disrespected by all that worked there. I purchased an item and gave the cashier a $20 bill. She refused the money saying she wasn’t going to give me change because the item was inexpensive. I have never heard of this at any other store. I spend lots of money at FD stores throughout the city and I have never been attacked as i was at this store. They do not give cash back, even though we customers pay for it. They always claim that they don’t have money for cash back. This is so unfair. These people, all of them was laughing and attacking me with their unconcerning words. Cursing and being completely unagreeable. It was horrific.
Suggested solution:
These people need more training especially that manager. I do not have any of their names because they wouldn't give me names. No one wears a name tag. Train them or fire them. There are people that need jobs and would appreciate a job like FD. I was attacked, and ridiculed. I have never experienced anything like this before.
