Family Dollar complaint: Manager and cashier were extremely rude

My complaint:

I purchased a phone card from the store, and tried to activate my phone. After several unsuccessful attempts, I took it back and explained the problem. The cashier INSTANTLY caught an attitude. She told me “well, there’s nothing we can do about it, so I don’t know what you’re gonna do” and I contacted customer service and spoke to a representative. I learned that the card was improperly scanned , and it needed to be rescanned . So I went back and explained what I was told by the representative and her attitude got worse. I even talked to the manager and she was the same way. Her attitude was even worse . She kept complaining and saying the phone company was closed. I explained to them that they weren’t , and she continued. I even tried to offer buying another. She was like “baby there’s nothing we can do about it , it won’t work come back Monday morning” her facial expression read “annoyed” instantly.

Suggested solution:

They should’ve given me a refund. I had proof the card wasn’t valid because of what happened. Also, they should treat customers like they would want to be treated, not charge at them with attitudes. It’s very unprofessional and uncool .
