My complaint:
Items for sale according to store sign did not ring up appropriately. Manager removed the store sale sign and asked cashier when I had bought merchandise. After cashier told him I had just bought items and he asked what my remarks were to the cashier he went to the register told me he would not refund my money when I refused to repeat my remark to him made to the cashier re: the manager’s treatment to me.Manager refused to give refund or his supervisor’s contact information. Manager rudely told me to leave the store after I repeatedly requested refund.
Suggested solution:
Reprimand correct manager's business etiquette. Promptly refund me for the merchandise I requested to be refunded for. I have never been treated rudely in this store before this manager began working in this store. Store 02142 date 10242020 12:06 noon transaction transpired.
