My complaint:
We saw sign on Dr Pepper saying 3 for $9.00. Went to pay for it and it didn’t ring up that price. She called the manager and she said it was for Dr. Pepper and argued with my husband that it wasn’t considered a coke product. It was in front of other customers and she should not have argued with a customer like that. We felt like it was very rude.
Suggested solution:
Reprimand this woman. That’s not how you talk to customers especially in front of other customers.
