My complaint:
On august first i entered your store in Escalon California and was greeted by the manager whose name I believe is Cassie, the following conversation that ensued was her saying I was banned from the store because I voice my opinion about the low quality service organization and professionalism that they display at your store. I am entitled to my personal opinion especially still being a customer. I feel I was discriminated against unjustly I feel my rights were violated civilly. I feel very violated by this incident and will be seeking legal counsel if this employee manager named Cassie is not terminated. She will continue to be a liability if something is not done about this.
