My complaint:
I was physically assaulted by the store manager and its employees for kicking an empty box while trying to exit the store…
2. Once outside, I was brutally attacked by 2 males, an employee and a store manager and continuously, until the police arrived….
3. Was continuously told by employee that they know where I live and that they were going to come to my house to finish assaulting me and my wife…
4. The main assaulter called his family to the family dollar where I was attacked even more by his brother and his wife , whom was brandishing a Taser and tried to get into my car to harm me even more..
5. To frightened to press charges
6. Received multiple blows and kicks to the head and body while on the ground….
7. Multiple scars, bruises, etc.., to head and face, arms, hands, knees, a black eye with busted nose….etc..I was physically assaulted by the store manager and its employees for kicking an empty box while trying to exit the store…

Suggested solution:
I want restitution for the trauma, pain, and out an out disrespect for my LIFE while at your place of business$$$$$ or I'm gonna get a lawyer...I have repeatedly tried to contact you about this barbaric assault on my life. The emotional trauma it caused to my wife and my neighbor whom, repeatedly screamed and hollered for them to stop, while the two female employees egged the Assault on. I am afraid to come out my house because the accused and their families walk pass my house everyday.
