Family Dollar complaint: Rude customer service

My complaint:

So it’s now 9:45 p.m. on Wednesday September 23rd I went to your location at approximately 9:33 p.m. September 23rd to make a purchase when I showed up at the location your front door was open unlocked so I walked in and there were two customer service Representatives behind the counter doing interview day paperwork I assume I asked him what time they were closed cuz I thought I missed him because the number I called said they were open from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. at that location they told me no we closed at 9:30 p.m. I went on to tell them that that’s incorrect you guys just need to go ahead and fix your phone line because it’s giving me false information they went on to tell me that I don’t know what I’m talking about that I called the wrong store I said no I didn’t I called this store maybe not directly but through an automated system that’s how I knew what time the store was supposedly closely as I’m saying that they told me that it’s past time we were closed you need to get off my premises I said sure I was leaving I was just letting you guys know then again the One customer service representative says get off the property now and I thought that was very rude when they could have easily explained to me the store hours had to find the store hours or what have you my self personally I am a manager at a car wash here in Chandler I do know customer service and that was unacceptable there was no reason for them to be rude to me and talk to me the way they did I don’t understand how you talk to a customer like that when one the front door was open unlocked I walked in on my own because they did not lock the door when supposed to be the store was closed that’s air number one don’t be mad at me because you guys messed up and then don’t be mad at me because I’m just asking you guys a question and counting that there’s a flow in the system I spend a lot of money at this location and I’m not trying to make myself sound better than other people but easily $500 a week and I am very unhappy with this there was no reason at all to be treated the way I was thank you

Suggested solution:

I'm not one to tell you guys how to resolve anything but certainly there needs to be some kind of conversation amongst you guys about how to speak to a customer because that was absolutely unacceptable
