My complaint:
I went into Family dollar on High st in Belfast Me. From the minuet I entered I could hear very loudly two women talking and swearing. I must have heard the F word 20 times before i got to the counter. I told the clerk that Stacy was swearing and it was inappropriate. She said that others are complaining about her mouth. The girl she was talking to came to the counter and then Stacy. I told her she needed to know her audience and not say the F word in the store, it is offensive. She gave me a hard time and said I only said it once. I told her i counted it to be over 20 times. I also talk the lovely clerk I was going to report her. Their is no place in a family store to have the manager talking so nasty.
Suggested solution:
Remove her from your company , their is no place for that kind of nastiness in a business. She is an employee and needs to follow the rules of decorum in a place of business.
