My complaint:
My granddaughter went in the store and got a call from her mom and then put her phone in her bag and left the store. They called the police the officer come and viewed the security tape and and said my granddaughter did absolutely nothing wrong. Then he came and inspected her bag and contents and there was nothing in there that was stolen from anywhere.
Suggested solution:
I think they need to applogize and remove the ban from our family shopping at Family Dollar.
