My complaint:

One of your employees who claimed to be the manager was not wearing a mask and acted like she didn’t have to despite the city regulations and store policy. She got pissy about it. Said go ahead and report it. So I am. Oct 30, 4:55pm. I also report med it to the city.

Suggested solution:

Reprimand the employee.
