My complaint:
Most of the shelves are empty and boxes are piled high on the floor. The store is cluttered but the worst is the manager, JACKIE. Horrible attitude and very disrespectful. I try very hard not to shop there it’s walking distance from my home. Lately I’ve been driving a distance to the Dollar General store because essential items aren’t on the shelves at the Family dollar store.
Suggested solution:
New manager and someone needs to straighten up the store.
