My complaint:
I bought Chestnut Hill coffee on, 10 23 2020 and after I made the coffee it was very weak and didn’t it taste like it should. I took it back today, 10302020 and was told that I could not return it, because I opened it. I told them how could I know the brand wasn’t good it I didn’t taste it. I don’t think it’s fair I should be burdened with the product. I have my receipt.
Suggested solution:
EXCHANGED FOR ANOTHER BRAND.
