Complaint: Face mask Contacting Corp Office

My complaint:

There are HUGE signs on the door of this location and all locations in East Texas I have visited stating requirement for masks according to state and local laws however employees are not wearing masks over there nose and mouth. Also, though these large signs are thru out all these stores have customers are not being required to wear them when they enter, shop or check out. Are the signs there for decoration and have the employees been told the corporate office does not actually care about anyone following and enforcing the directives posted or the policy posted on their websites. Also, would that be the reason filing a complaint is nearly IMPOSSIBLE on their website? You must go thru the online survey and to complete it you must provide the last 4 digits of your creditdebit card even if you have indicated your issue is policy and not a purchase. I spend at minimum 100.00 a week in these stores but I am not providing any part of my credit cards to such an irresponsible company. If you paid cash or did not purchase anything you cannot proceed. It is beyond ridiculous.

I want an answer to my questions in writing to cristyjbarber@gmail.com. It is convenient to shop in these stores but I can take my 400.00 to 600.00 a month somewhere else. If they continue this behavior I doubt I will be the only customer going elsewhere with their money.
