My complaint:

On 08022020 I entered the Family Dollar in Smithfield, PA where signs are located on the entrance door claiming customers are required to wear masks. Not only was this not enforced for customers, your own employees were not wearing masks. This is a fearful time for our country and countless lives have been affected and lost because of this virus. It is completely unacceptable to allow workers to be actively checking out customers with such a lack of concern for humanity, especially those vulnerable and at risk. Unbelievable.

Suggested solution:

ALL associates should be required to wear masks at all times while at work and if they are unable to follow the protocol and enforce the protocol for customers then they should not be employed. Highly disappointed with the lack of concern and lack of procedures.
