My complaint:
On Monday morning approximately 1143 when entered the store at front with mask on face was stopped my Said Manager address abruptly with this a over night bag u have to chj it in i then address Said Manager with no this is my pocket book then address with no take ur wallet out chk the bag in ot u can’t shop in my store I then opened my pocket to show Said Manager that all my personal belongings was in this pocket book not overnight back and I will be filing a complaint with The cooperation Said Manager stated spelling out her name as a way to add fuel to the fire so I left the store with malicious filling which i decided to take it out by filing this formal complaint which will be followed up with a visit to my lawyer due to this not being the 1st incident with Said Manager shes very disrespectful with her tone to others and actions with the customers
Suggested solution:
Im.more then sure she's dedicated cause of her over board actions but im more then sure this isn't the 1st nor will be the last with Said Manager i will be posting a video of this incident on fb to my 893 followers whom will report and repost as well so don't let the public dictate what yall already know should be done with Said Manager Manhiem
