My complaint:

I went into the family dollar store in oconto,wi and I did not have a mask. I was told I couldn’t come into the store. The manager Joe who told me that was checking out a man who was also not wearing a mask. I have a medical condition where I can’t wear a mask and I said that to him I don’t have to tell him my condition that is my medical problem. He very rudely told me to hurry up and get my sand get out. I know the man does not like me in general, he is always very rude to me anytime I am in the store. I don’t appreciate being swore at considering I had my 12 year old step daughter with me. I will never shop at that family dollar again and neither will my family and friends. Nobody has the right to tell me I have to wear a mask when medically I can’t and I should not be swore at when going into the store. This is not the first he has been rude to me or others it has happened more then once!!!

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

I want some kind of action taken against Joe. I'm tired of being disrespected in that store because he doesn't like me. For him to swear at a customer any customer but especially someone with a child with them. He was also very rude at the check out and I even apologized to him he didn't say anything at all. I want something done, he is not a good manager and very rude.
