My complaint:
The manager that you have in this store is HORRID ! HIs name is JAYYE. The line was ridiculously long and he was asked to open a line. We the customers were told” I’ll open the line when I’m ready not because you want me to. People have jobs and things to get to versus waiting for people to get off of their cell phones and service the customer. Without us there is NO FAMILY DOLLAR!
Suggested solution:
You figure it out before I have people to BOYCOTT THIS LOCATION!
