My complaint:
I came in today on 3/17/24 to return Albanese gummi bears. The manager replied to me with I will not return these items because I could have injected the bags to kill people and I lost it. Another employee witnessed this refused to help resolve or get involved. I was humiliated, profiled racially and defamed my character. I went to another family dollar at 3412 Murchison rd and had no problems. I’m very upset and want this to get this matter resolved immediately with compensation for his wrong doing and should be terminated. Loo on the video you’ll see plus the other employee.
Suggested solution:
Have him terminated. And as for myself to be rewarded and compensated for racially profiling. Defaming my character and insulting me by a Manager who suppose to be trained.
