My complaint:
Went to the store at 9:02 pm to grab two loaves a bread real quick so I could make my lunch for work tomorrow. But when I got there the door was locked but the hours sign said 10 pm is when they close. As I was about to walk away two employees came out. One being a manager. As I was walking away I said what’s the point of having posted business hours if they’re not going to follow them. Soon as I said it the manager yelled what in a mean nasty voice. So I repeated it. She then decides to start an argument with me. During the argument she said the posted hours didn’t start until next week. So I said why post them up already if you’re not going to follow thru with them. Which I guess that pissed her off even more because at that point she started to belittle me in the parking lot in front of her fellow employee. She called me a moron, a dumbass, and a stupid piece of shit. She was an older woman. Probably in her late 50’s early 60’s. She wore glasses and had a raspy voice due to being a smoke. I just want corporate to know what kind of manager they have running one of their stores. Her actions have made it quite easy for me to never want to shop there again and as well as any other family dollar stores if that’s the kind of behavior that they condone with their managers. I thought managers were to keep professional and even tempered at all times at work. So after all that went down I went to Dollar General to get my bread which is where I should’ve went to begin with. I wouldn’t have lost the good mood I was in if I did.

Get rid of that store manager. I'm not the first person that she has been rude with
