My complaint:

Because of the pandemic, my age and secondary conditions, I want less contact with people. I was at your store 11-19-2020 20:03:25 01055 02 6744711 6645 is the information from the receipt. The employee wasn’t at the register. I had my money and merchandise on the counter he hesitated before returning my changes. As I was leaving I noticed the next customer asking for a can of Lysol. He reached under the counter for the Lysol. Apparently, that’s the only way you can get the Lysol because they don’t put it on the shelves. I got in line to get a can. I put the money on the counter. He wouldn’t pick up the money. He told me that he wanted me to put the money in his hand. What right does he have to tell me where to put the money? If he not good enough to accept my money from the counter, he doesn’t meet the requirements for your customers. Also, why is the Lysol being sold from under the counter and the increase on the price for a can of Lysol. Check your store cameras.

Suggested solution:

Train your employees to accept the money from the counter if the customer put it there.
