My complaint:
The general manager refuses to promote employee for personal grudges that void the fair working act and several other laws then tells employees not to talk about pay once i found out i was being paid less then everyone that is his reasoning for not promoting as he was forced to fix the pay.
I am trying to solve this through the company if not legal issues will be made as i have 20 plus employees current and old that can vouch and all my old managers that can vouch they all wanted me as a asm and his grudge is what stopped any promotion as he would never explain why i feel this is a form of discrimination held against me for wanting to be paid equal to others
Suggested solution:
either correct him or this will go to court
