Complaint: Didnt receive all my items i paid for.

My complaint:

I walked into the family dollar oct 2 at 505pm. I checked out all of my items with the cashier. He handed me 1 bag filled. I asked if i could double bag it myself and i did and left. When i got home, i later realized that the 1st 5 items on the reciept ( total of 9) werent in my bag. I called the store and gave my information. The woman on the phone told me to call back in 2 weeks when the manager gets back because she has no access to the cameras. Now im thinking will the cameras go back 2 weeks?? I have a copy of the reciept. It was on October 2, 2020 at 17:18:36. The woman on the phone is tryna tell me i must have taken the bag but i would know if i had 2 bags and lost 1. I never left the store with the 9 items. And im suppose to wait 2 weeks? The woman behind me prob has all my stuff i never got.

Suggested solution:

Give me the items i paid for that i never left the store with. The cameras will prove it. I have the reciept.
