My complaint:

We go into Family Dollar and the manager is constantly on the phone carrying on a conversation in Spanish! No I am not prejudice but your customers should come first! Stop talking on the phone and tend to your customers! She is too busy playing on her phone even after you ring the bell! Bad customer service!
