Family Dollar complaint: Closure Hours

My complaint:

I went to my local family dollar I arrived at 9:30 but was turned away because an employee walked to the door and said that they were now closed. However the hours on the door said the store closed at 10 which made me very upset because I needed to get some diapers for my baby but the store was already closed before the closing hours.

Suggested solution:

I would like for them to give me a diaper coupon or something because I couldn’t get any due to the store being closed before it’s time
