My complaint:
Family Dollar store number 1834 on veteran memorial and antoine have had an employee and a vendor who was diagnosed with coronavirus. The store did not close down neither was a sterilization of the store performed. The employees that was diagnosed returned to work one week after diagnosed. That same employee and other employees of the store never property wear their masks. The floors are never mopped and on several occasions customers have been brought back out of date food. I attempted to reach out to the manager only get more of the same. These issues need to be brought to the attention of someone who actually give a damn. I know the store is not in an upscale area, but the issues should still matter to someone. If the people who are in charge now can’t handle these issues maybe they should ly be replaced. Come on Family Dollar get it together for the sake of your customers. I look forward to seeing a change. Thanks for taking the time to read my complaint.
Suggested solution:
The solution could be as easy as removing and replacing the current staff with someone who is really concerned about their customers and the brokenness of how the store is being operated.
