My complaint:
While it appears Family Dollar encourages its associates to become involved in civic affairs, it also encourages this on an individual basis, on and associates own time, and at their own expenses. An associate was wearing a politically motivated face mask while performing associate duties. This mask was alarming and highly offensive as a customer receiving service, and I was wondering if it was the position of Family Dollar or this individual to wear such a mask?
Suggested solution:
Either way, it deserves to be investigated and a policy regarding involvement in civic affairs be enforced.
