My complaint:
hi i visited the family dollar store on 1549 south jefferson here in st.louis,mo.10092020 around 8:15pm and the lady that at the register told me i had 5 min to shop because the was closing in 5min. I ask why when the store sign clearly says 9PM CLOSING! I was told that by the store manager supervisor that they close at 8:30 so they can close the store down by 9pm. She was very rude about her response saying that quote’WHAT STORE CLOSING AT THE TIME THEY POST sighting that they need time to clean.I responded the store needs to close at the time thats posted on the door and website.then you close and take care of your duties afterward.That manager do not need to be in that type of position of leadership. I will be reporting this matter to BBB. Because this is not the first time that this store keeps closing early.
Suggested solution:
The manger needs to address,closing times needs tobe addressed.
