Family Dollar complaint: manager was very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional

My complaint:

i brought my items to return the same day with receipt. the manager Was mean mugging me the entire time and ass are you really returning everything in this bag and I said yes ma’am I apologize but I’m not working right now I’m taking care of my sick son. So I i sent my boyfriend to get stuff for us cuz my son is very sick but i told him to go to the dollar tree not not family dollar but he didnt listen and i apologize for the inconvenience . She replied very rudely and loud so everyone can hear that she’s going to report me for fraud transactions because someone else use my card and I’m returning it I told her. This is not fraud I’m not stealing anything! and he didn’t steal my card I gave him permission and is still my card is on the it’s on on the The receipt. And I can give written permission someone to use my credit card I’m not returning somebody else’s stuff with somebody else I was returning my stuff that was on my card. She continue to get loud with me but still gave me my refund back on my card. But she told me to get out and never come back to the store. I am a supervisor at a restaurant and have never been treated so badly I highly encourage that you get rid of this manager because you don’t need this type of negativity at your place of business. I was very embarrassed and quite honestly mad how I was treated.

Suggested solution:

i think you need to hire a new manager immediately cuz she is not a good fit. extremely unprofessional rude and to be honest I will be telling a lot of people how she treated me because I spent a lot of money in there and for me to be able to look at a completely ridiculous.
