Complaint: case of mistaken identity by manager

My complaint:

Visited store at around 8:00 on 11-27-20. Only to be met by the store manager whom asked me to leave the store. proceed to tell me that she recognized me from two other occasions for stealing from the store. At that time i made the manager aware that she has made a mistake and she replied that she has not. I offered to show my face she refused to take it under consideration, I have employment and credit cards no need to steal any thing. I´v been a loyal 20 yr customer to that location i particular. the manager was very very rude about the situation to say the least. I´v never been so offended in my life on such rudeness from manager of any location of any establishment. I just dont no why the company have these type of people working and expect to keep long time customers. perhaps me my family should be shopping some were else. I waited around out side for the authorities to come for about 45-50 min to try clear up the misunderstanding witch still was not considered by the manager. What criminal waits around for the cops to come? during the time i was waiting outside the locked store waiting for the police, about 15 to 20 people came and were unable to go in and shop not including my self, because she locked me out. I was asked several times whats going are they closed. I just didn´t know exactly what to tell them so just apologize to some of them being that i know some of them from the neighborhood. managers name is ruby. krazy as it is when she first started at the location she has served me more than three times now this!

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

Hire more competent managers in my opinion, ones with better memory on what people actually look like when they band some one from a store, And maybe no one else will have to bear the burden of clarification to resolve such an issue! Just my opinion.
