My complaint:
The young lady and her mom which states she is the store manager are very rude! They refused to sell me a kids backpack after it’s was displayed for sell! The young lady is always on her phone they shut down the store before 9 clock the store is always a mess while they sit and do nothing! They don’t sell me the accurate toilet paper nor Lysol wipes! Store manager has said her daughter is not supposed to be working at the location but they switched with the other managers son that works on 19Hayes
Suggested solution:
Lay the mom and the daughter off until they get coustomer training and willing to their jobs!
