My complaint:

My two Daughters went to store 9187 today to pick up a couple toys for my Son as he is only three and we don’t take him out of the house. So my Daughters both have a Medical Condition that prevents them from being able to wear a mask. And yes, they both have Doctors notes. As they’re waiting in line an older woman approaches them and tells them they need to wear a mask. My youngest Daughter informed her that they have a medical condition that prevents them from being able to wear one. She goes to find a Manager to complain and says my Daughters are being rude and don’t want to wear a mask. He then approaches my Daughters and tells them, and I quote, “You guys need to leave and I never want to see you back here again!” Uhm.. He could’ve asked where their mask was. Or why they weren’t wearing one, but for him to be super rude and yell at my Girls like that?? NOT okay. My younger Daughter came home CRYING over this! So I called the store and spoke to him. He was SUPER rude! I informed him that my Girls have a medical condition and he says to me, “Really? BOTH of them have a condition!?” Also, “Well I have a Daughter and I would not expose her like that!” It’s not my business what he does or doesn’t do with his kids. I really hope someone does something about this. That kind of behavior is unacceptable from any employee, especially from a Manager.

I just want SOMETHING to be done about this. He is NOT at all a good Manager to be talking like that to anyone, let alone CHILDREN.
