My complaint:
My phone was stolen and like many apps on a phone facebook is automatically logged in. The people with my phone locked me out. Changed my profile picture, my gender and then my account disappeared. I sont know of just blocked or deleted entirely. I tried various ways to reach facebook for help. Over 12 years of memories, photos things I xant replace and sometimes cant remember because 4 years ago I got brain damage and my memory was affected. But there is no way facebook customer service. There is no tech assistance, no help to fix problems with there service. They dont care about there customers safety, security and mental health. Unless you post something name brand . Then they notice you and punish you for that. But loose all your family and friends photo, events, proof of accomplishments, memories of things you made, your work. And that happened when my best friend died and all the photos of them were on there. I had lost everything I owned in a robbery and all the art pieces I ever made were on there. And facebook let that happen. Would not help. I truly lost literally everything

They should have customer service and aid in issues with there product
