My complaint:
Where do I start! Their monetization is super sketchy and difficult to verify if correct! The $$ figures change the date the $$ fall within change and you cannot make sense of any of it!
So I have no idea what I am expecting to be paid! When I emailed them multiple times they sent the same boiler plate response every time! Now I feel my account has been shadow banned or targeted for demonetization! I have pictures and email proof I tried to upload but its not working.
Suggested solution:
d like them to 1 have a live person available to handle situations! I would a full detailed account of earning not just what they show you and it should never change! I would like a trackable communication where people can file and see complaints and reviews! My post get taken down constantly and it takes for ever to them to respond to Appeals and I never know when and if monetization is implemented again! I went from hundreds of thousands of views down to less then 200 overnight! Their pages and instructions and policies are absolutely extremely difficult, ridiculous and mindboggling to figure anything out, they need to clean it up and make things simpler to identify, track, appeal and understand!! And i want what money i have coming to me so I can help the stray animals my non profit was form for!
