My complaint:

I attempted to check in early on March 6, 2022 and was told the room was not ready and needed to be cleaned, it would be later in the afternoon. That was no big deal but when I checked in around 4pm, I entered room 205 and the carpet was filthy with pieces of ketchup wrappers on the floor. The end table had dried food stains on it along with long black hair (I have not hair and clean shaven). There were dried food stains on the kitchen table and on the floor of the kitchen. The kitchen towel was dirty and there were no cups in the kitchen. Moving to the bathroom, the toilet was still soiled from the last tenant. The towels were dirty and there was no toilet paper, no soap and no washcloths. When I attempted to check in at 12 pm it sounded like the room needed to be cleaned, clearly it was not cleaned. When asked if my room could be cleaned and have supplies added to the room I was told that the 2nd floor is cleaned on Tuesdays and was given all the supplies in a plastic bag for me to add to the room. Unfortunately, I booked this hotel through hotels.com and cannot get a refund and have to live in filth for the next 4 days. I cannot add all of the photos below but I have them in a zip folder to be sent upon request.

Suggested solution:

Clean the room thoroughly along with supplies indicated in the hotel add. I really would like to change hotels and get a refund for the unused days.
