My complaint:
I have spoken to numerous representatives and prior authorization representatives and the appeals department. Each one has given a different story, and every time a document is requested from my doctor it is sent in. Just got off the phone with a different rep.from the appeal department and was told to appeal or for my doctor to adjust the prescription to back to where we first started from. Worst company I have ever deal with. Notes should be left on my account, so when a representative pulls up.my account, they can see.the previous notes and go from there instead of getting a fricken different story each time I call and further delaying my medication
