My complaint:
Last summer I sent in several receipts for medications I had to pay for out of pocket because my pharmacy quit taking Tricare. I called last week and spoke with Kiley to see what was going on. She told me that the checks had been sent out in August and they were probably lost in the mail. Kiley advised me to email you.
I was told that should be a total of 5 checks with one for $74.00, one for $12.00, one for $24.00, one for $24.00, and the last for $20.00. If you can take care of this for me, it would be much appreciated.
