My complaint:
My Wife called on October 6th 2023 about getting her medication ( Blood Pressure) and the representative who she talked to and the pharmacist who they had on the line also said that they would send it out Overnight because she had run out of her medication when our Son was in the hospital and was the first time(AND LAST) that we used this company because we are forced to use this place for our Medication. Well here we are on October 11th and guess what (NO MEDICATION) so we contacted them and their incompetence showed right through. They show no signs that it was to be sent out overnight. Again the Incompetence of this place is sickening!!! If you truly have a choice “DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY”!!! as they also state that any other time it would take at least one to two weeks it will take to ship out. ( NO BENEFIT ON USING THEM )!!!!! Even if you have to pay a bit more somewhere else it will still be WORTH IT!!! Probably hired people off some corner that doesn’t have a clue.
Suggested solution:
Fire the whole company and use someone who is competent!!!!
