My complaint:
Within the last 3 weeks, I’ve been to Express Oil Change in Hueytown, Al on Allison Bonnet Rd. at least 4 times for the same problem. Went in for a diagnostic test, mechanic said I need spark plugs and wires at a ridiculous price ($894). Paid it and within 2 days, my engine light started blinking. Went back to Express and the mechanic now says there’s a faulty part, it happens. Ok, a couple of days later, same problem. Take it back, he says something about the wires. A couple of days later, it’s now a holiday weekend and I’m glad I was hesitant to go anywhere because I didn’t even move the van and the light came on. This time he says it’s his fault yet he fixed one of my blower hoses while going in through my dashboard. Sure, I have ac blowing in my face but you also BROKE part of the dash, left a crack and it looks like someone tried to steal my van with the wires hanging down. At this point, I Do Not want this so called mechanic touching my van or to continue to even patronage a business that allows this to go on so long. 3 times!! The only reason why I continued was because I paid almost $900 for their shotty service..
I just want a refund. I want the $894 returned to my card. They won’t ever have to see me again after that!!
