My complaint:
I went to Express Oil Change on 7302022. Invoice number 01342-148569, Vehicle ID E19M012576. I think I was overcharged due to these facts that follow.
1. I was quoted a price from Portfield Tire Discount, In Athens GA, $193.00 for front and back rotters to be turned or cut on my 2009 Infinity G37.
2. Looking for a better price I went to express 2315 w broad where I was quoted 183.00 for Front and Back.
3. The mechanic only did the front, this was based on some technical expertise that he passed, he determined that only the front needed doing.
4. I was still charged 183.00 by Express Oil Change
5. When I called back for understanding on 8012022 Josh manager told me at first there was no seat price, then he said it was 143.00. So why did I pay 183.59?
6. I asked for a manager and the store managerMr. Paul came on we proceeded to go around in circles about the service that they provided and how I had agreed upon it. But they changed what they were supposed to be doing from both back and front to just the front and the price should have reflected that.
7. I called Express Oil change ON 8012022 at 410 w park Lawrencvile ga 30056. Mr. Marcus quoted me 150.00 for both front and back.
Suggested solution:
I want to be charged the correct charge, another discount for the frustration that I had to go through, another discount because I have lost faith in that store and I will have to drive to Lawrenceville for my work now, and for them to correctly quate and display their prices like the oil change side does before work is done.
