My complaint:
After taking my car in for a oil leak major trouble came behind it . The last thing Kevin the manager told me was I needed a new engine l took my car to Kia dealership and they said I do NOT need a new engine Kia is fixing my car right now
Suggested solution:
I expect express oil change to Reimburse me for all cost clearly oil exchange “Kevin” did not know what he was doing or either in such a hurry was very Negligent also I believe I received this treatment do to the fact I am a woman, a black woman at that express oil needs to make it right
