My complaint:
I went for my first oil change here and never again will I go here or recommend! I never imagined having a blown out engine after using this place. My sticker from them was set for 100,900 mi due for the next change and my engine marked 99,967 mi. If I would have known a friend of mine had the same issue before coming here at all, I would have gone back to my original at Firestone. Approached the manager and he was no help, but is an ass and they will not take responsibility of your car has issues after using their services. I’ve never had issues with real pros, but obviously someone screwed up my car.
Suggested solution:
They should look into it and replace my engine.
