My complaint:
For the past month, i have received about 7-8 emails saying that my item is out for delivery !!!
Nothing happens.
I tried their telephone line few times but once i give them my reference number, i get reply that they are experiencing technical difficulties!
Absolute nightmare! No one to talk to, no one to complain to.
Suggested solution:
They can at least let me know if they have loat my parcel
