My complaint:

We sent a parcel that we sold on ebay and the customer hasnt recieved it, we cancelled the ebay order and I refunded her and asked for a return to sender. Evri said they couldnt find the customers house but then I received a notification saying it had been delivered 17th May, but it hasnt. When I try to track it and get POD the bot says they dont recognise the postcode. Im so annoyed and you cant get to speak to a human.

Contact me with a POD if they reckon it has been delivered
