My complaint:
Parcel waiting for collection before Storm Darragh. Constantly fobbed off by Ezra so called chat line. Have had to rebook collection for today after several attempts and still nothing from Evri. They will not answer their phone line, blaming it on technical problems.
Completely unresponsive with no updates. Ezra requested my email address five times, and still no email from Evri regarding collection of this parcel.
Credibility is nil
They appear to be in complete melt down and avoiding their customers as much as possible.
Suggested solution:
Honor the commitment to pick up the parcel that has been waiting for collection since before the weekend and respond to queries. Stop fobbing us off. Answer the phone!
