My complaint:
A parcel (tracking number: H051JA0013265313) that has been in transit since August 7th, with no further updates available. Every day it shows it the message ‘we were not able to deliver today, we should deliver tomorrow’
I have tried to resolve this issue through the standard customer service channels, but it has proven to be impossible. Only automated responses from bots and phone systems are available, which are unable to provide the necessary assistance.
Suggested solution:
Deliver the parcel or offere a refund
