My complaint:
So I am awaiting 2 orders from Evri, shop being Temu. Arriving at One stop Brambleside Kettering – the parcel shop I chose for it to be delivered to
They have said out for delivery for a week now. No delivery made. Unsure if they’re lost or the driver decided to steal them? This is not the 1st or 2nd parcel from Evri to not arrive.
I need my parcels or a refund from Temu somehow? No clue how to sort this, I do not have enough money to lose ordering stuff I do not receive.
Not only that. I have asked for help via the site requested callbacks over 10 times. No email, no callback. How is that even legal?
Please help.
